These four home designs are suited to the typical suburban 15 metre wide metropolitan or town block, especially with the eye catching front elevations, or we quite often build these designs on the sprawling acreage. With block sizes reducing over the last 10 years, clever design allowed us to fit these large stumped homes on the Perth metro block.

Raising these designs up is never a problem with stumping up to 5 metres off the ground for the sloping block occurring regularly, eliminating retaining walls and site works. Or if so required building on a concrete slab for flat blocks.

Some of the designs include modern open gables with highlight windows, an exposed laminated beam with raked ceilings to the living areas which really allows light to enter the home and makes the home feel spacious. Very popular since their introduction, eye catching from the front elevation due to the open gable look, the Town & Country series always produces high interest. Available in three, four, five and six bedroom models and suiting any potential purchaserís needs and home size. Each design has a slightly different front elevation. Design modifications are always available if so required providing client satisfaction with the final look of their home. All the homes in this series have the option of single or double carports to one side, and carports are available on all our home designs if so required.
